The company KuglerConsulting GmbH concentrates to Logistics Consulting and the

logistics-specific IT Consulting and Management Consulting with the emphasis on:
 

-          Optimization of the Business Processes in the Warehouse and Logistics Center as well as in the Supply Chain

-          Application of the IT  Information Technology with Interface-Integration to other business departments within the Company and to the Supply Chain Partners – also via internet

-          Controlling with Monitoring and Reporting for the Logistics Mangement and Company Management

-          Collaborative Business: Collaboration within the Company accross all departments and interfaces and outside the Company with the Business Partners

The Objective of KuglerConsulting is the creation of Integrated Solutions with high Quality, Efficiency and excellent Benefit-Cost-Relation for the Customer.

KuglerConsulting wants to achieve this aim together with her customers by well
Integrated Teamwork in Partnership in the projects from the Analysis and Conception via
Project Management, Realization and Interface Integration till Training, Introduction and Service for the solution. KuglerConsulting thereby refers to approved solutions and systems in coordination with the customer, e.g. SAP-LES Logistics Execution System and SAP-SCEM Supply Chain Event Management.

The special strength of the KuglerConsulting Team consists in its Logistics & IT know how and experience, built up in decades in successfull projects at big well known companies from DaimlerChrysler till Carl Zeiss and many medium-sized and small companies in Germany, Europe and worldwide.

KuglerConsulting has integrated the CAIB-Group www.caibconsulting.com with its foreign subsidaries and is thereby represented in New York, Singapore and Hong Kong.

KuglerConsulting has also acquired the software-system LAGOS from the old CAIB GmbH with all rights exclusively and cares for service and further development for the many clients with now more than 350 implementations worldwide. In parallel to the name LAGOS the new name WMS Warehouse Management System will be introduced internationally.
