für die Kunden von RAVAS ein Software-System entwickelt für die - Automatische
Identifikation via RFID oder via automatische Barcode-Lesung - Automatische Mobile
Verwiegung - Automatische
Daten-Übertragung via Datenfunk: RAVAS stellt mobile
Verwiegesysteme her für Transportfahrzeuge (Hand-Hubwagen, Elektro-Hubwagen,
Gabelstapler) z.B. von Jungheinrich, Linde, Still u.a. namhafte Firmen
weltweit. Dafür hat
KuglerConsulting ein Software-System entwickelt und auf dem Messestand von
RAVAS auf der CeMAT in Hannover im Oktober 2005 im Live-Betrieb vorgestellt: Schritt 1: Mit dem Fahrzeug
(Hand-Hubwagen, Elektro-Hubwagen, Gabelstapler) wird Ladehilfsmittel (z.B.
Palette, Container...) aufgenommen. Dabei erfolgt die automatische Lesung der
Identifikation des Ladehilfsmittels via RFID (Radio Frequency Identification
/ Datenfunk-Erkennung). Dazu ist am Fahrzeug ein RFID-Leser angebracht, der
bei Beladung des Ladehilfsmittels auf Anforderung oder automatisch den
Transponder / Tag am Ladehilfsmittel liest. Die Daten im Transponder
enthalten die Identifikation des Ladehilfsmittels; sie können weitere
wichtige Daten enthalten, die beim letzten Transport oder bei der letzten
mobilen Verwiegung dort eingespeichert worden sind. Die Lesung mit RFID kann
auch erfolgen, wenn es dunkel ist oder wenn das Ladehilfsmittel verschmutzt
ist und ein Barcode-Label nicht lesbar wäre. Anstelle von RFID
kann auch ein Barcode-Label gelesen werden. In diesem Falle ist ein
Barcode-Leser anstelle des RFID-Lesers am Fahrzeug angebracht. Möglich ist auch die
Benutzung von Hand-Terminals für die RFID-Lesung oder Barcode-Lesung anstelle
der fest angebrachten Leser; dann ist der Lesevorgang nicht automatisch und der
Bediener benötigt etwas Zeit für den Lesevorgang. Schritt 2: Parallel erfolgt die
automatische mobile Verwiegung. Das Gewicht wird der gelesenen Identifikation
des Ladehilfsmittels zugeordnet. Schritt 3: Nun kann der Bediener
weitere Daten hinzufügen. Schritt 4: Alle Daten -

Weitere
Daten, die der Bediener hinzugefügt hat werden sofort
automatisch vom Fahrzeug zum Leitstand übertragen via Datenfunk Schritt 5 (Option): In Verbindung mit dem
WMS Warehouse Management System / Lagerverwaltungssystem von KuglerConsulting
können nun automatisch Handling-Anweisungen und Transport-Anweisungen (z.B.
Transport-Ziel) über den Leitstand an das Transportfahrzeug übermittelt
werden, die dort am Display für den Bediener angezeigt werden oder die das
Transport-Fahrzeug automatisch steuern. Schritt 6: Übersicht und
Monitoring aller Daten online und in Echtzeit am Leitstand mit Möglichkeit zur
sofortigen Kosten-Kontrolle und Abrechnung. Dieses
